This group experience offers a supportive space to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend time exploring what is present for you in the moment. Through guided Equine Gestalt experiences, shared reflection, and authentic connection, participants are invited to gain awareness, explore patterns, and discover new possibilities alongside the horses.
Each gathering is unique because each person—and each horse—brings something different to the space. There is no need to have experience with horses or know exactly what you want to work on. Simply come as you are with an open mind and a willingness to be present.
